HEEJAI PARK

To me, ideas move like electricity—connecting into something new. Whether I’m designing a modular type system or experimenting with interactive motion, my work is about creating systems that are alive with energy. I love exploring the space between technology and design, where logic meets creativity, and patterns emerge from play.
I’m Heejai Park, a graphic designer based in California, with emphasis on brand identity, generative design, Interactive Installation and creative coding.
Every project is a new circuit—charged with ideas, ready to connect.

GRAY AREAGray Area is a nonprofit organization based in San Francisco that operates at the intersection of art, technology, and social impact. Its mission is to foster innovative projects that use technology to address societal challenges and inspire cultural growth.
This branding project is guided by five key concepts: Intersection, Connectivity, Digital, Locality, and Futurism. The new identity features a custom modular typeface alongside visual elements inspired by circuits and the seamless flow of electricity. Gradient transitions and linear patterns evoke the blending of disciplines and emphasize Gray Area’s role as a cultural hub, bridging art, technology, and the creative energy of San Francisco.
